Culture / Work / Future

One of the most inspiring teachers I had at university, Bruno Magno, asked me to join him in a poster exhibition in Rome. The event (“Avanti popolo. Il Pci nella storia d’Italia”) was a celebration of the PCI italian party’s 70 years and 30 italian designers where exclusively invited to create a poster.

In my work I wanted to connect the history of my country to the future of the next generations to come: I manipulated an old black and white picture of a student during a riot movement in Italy and translated it into a pixelated image, symbolizing the digital, the new, the future.
